I bought a peoperty with my mother some time ago and the land registry still has my Mother's name but she has since died.

How do I get her name removed.

Maybe probate has not been granted yet, when It is and the property becomes 100% yours yor solicitor will sort it out

The property was bought in common so no need for probate, entitlement to the property was automatic.

The Land Registry will need to see a copy of the death certificate and maybe require a form to be filled in.

Best ask them.
