Of course, you must then ask the question, if he was brain damaged and combative as a result, how come he was able to escape to his death!! questions will be asked!!!

I also agree to an extent that it was probably his own fault, but i'm not sure that he deserved to die for his stupid mistake, that is a little harsh maybe?
