Has anyone tried the special k diet? Im on week 2 and have lost 5lbs so far :)

knowing my luck I'll probably find a diet that actually works after trying loads, get to my perfect weight then get preggers lol

I lost loads of weight when I was pregnant...They weighed me the day I was induced and I was just under 10 stone.

Although I would like to lose a little bit of weight, well maybe tone up I guess more then anything, I could never do a diet!

Everyday I will eat 2 lots of sandwiches or sandwich and pasta or some kind for lunch, and still feel hungry when I get home from work.

Dont think there is a kind of diet made for cheese loving food junkies!?

Euuugh! Well I have never actually tried cottage cheese, but the look of it is enough to stop me eating it!
