bbc music

in 2006 the bbc used a piece of classical music to show highlights , god its stumping me, i can remember the beginning of it with a man speaking over the music ..... it is killing me trying to think of it, please help ?

Can't remember the music but seem to recall Des Lynam reciting "IF" over the top. Don't know if it was the original words or specially written version for the WC. You may find it on you tube - I can't check it at work
