I do audio transcribing. I am having a problem with dowloading (uploading?) a file from the co that sends me work. I get a msg which states : "playback control has encountered a probem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience",

It is an Olympus AS 2400 device and is a DSS player standard transcrition module. I have tried relaoding the programme onto the PC - and I can't ring tech support as they are closed. Can anyone help?

Is it still working with other files? if it is then chances are you have been sent a corrupt file.
