Yes this was in the UK, Think it was something like a pellet handgun, possilbly not loaded thats why i didnt get hit but even so still had 5 or 6 shots fired at me. They found several guns and air rifles at his house

have you got a victim support officer on the case? they will be able to advise what charges will be brought

Probably a co2 airpistol, how are you sure that it wasn't loaded at the time? I'm assuming that the police just assumed this because you wasn't hit? Many co2 pistols are powerful buggers and the pellets can enter the skull and kill. Did the forensics/ballistics check the area?
