Spain Law system
Four years ago, I went to Tenerife to visit my brother, only for me to discover he was drug dealing on one of the clubbing areas in Los Americos. Whilst I was with my brother, as crazy as this sounds he was arrested for drug trafficing, and so was I although I had only been their one night and I was searched and obviously found with no illegal drugs in my possession. I was forced to face a court, and was bailed on the condition that I surrendered my passport which I did.
I managed to come home to England on a emergency passport, with false details on to get me away from this nightmare. I have never heard anything back. I have a new passport and have travelled to greece and around south east asia.
This summer, my friends are going on a stag do to Ibiza, does anybody know if I would be safe to fly into Ibiza or am I going to to detained.
Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Whether they will be so inclined - no idea. They could be waiting for you when you get off the plane, they may have forgotten or no longer care about the whole incident.
Skipping bail doesn't sound to have been a good idea though.

If you're worried, but still want to join your mates, simply travel to Spain in two stages.
'Advance passenger information' is only required from people who are entering Spain from outside the Schengen territories. If you enter Spain from any other member of the Schengen group of countries there will be no passport controls whatsoever. For example you could get a cheap flight to Rome (Ciampino) with Ryanair, and then another one from there to Ibiza (also with Ryanair). You'd need to show your passport to Ryanair staff (as ID for security purposes) at your UK departure point and when boarding your flight out of Rome, but there would be no passport checks when you arrived in Spain.

we were informed that the court case could take as long 2 years to develop, I was only 19 at the time, and the british embassy were not very helpful, so at the time it seemed to attempt to get back the UK would be in my best interests especially as I had a career to come back to. I know my innocence, and you have to argue how can you charge someone with drug trafficking when I had only been in their country for 48hours, and with out any indication or evidence of drugs. Regardless, the feedback so far is so helpful as I dont know to to speak to about this issue.

my brother came back to the UK with me, we used 2 of our friends details in order to get (with their consent) we were left with no excuse as i was beaten black and blue by the police in a private cell, and I needed to come back for my own safety. I have never heard anything back from Tenerife, the UK police or any other authority. I understand your points about me commiting numerous offences however I feel in my position, I wasnt given alot of choice
