my son left a blue patch on my light coloured sofa when he sat there wearing a new pair of dark jeans, how do i get the mark off? i haven't touched it yet in case i make it worse by 'setting' it in.

Valey foam upholstery cleaner may well work .. but may not.

the sofa is covered with fabric, and its quite a large area to be cleaned so i will take your advise Albags and will phone for advise before touching it, thanks to you both for your replies.
