does anyone make mayonnaise without raw egg ? It doesn't say in information on side of jars.
Where can I buy mayonnaise / salad cream that is made from cooked eggs not raw ?

most mayonnaise that you buy in shops uses pasturised egg and is safe in pregnancy, if you are unsure talk to your midwife/nurse for advice as mine was good with this kind of thing!
Er...don't think it would work with cooked eggs, somehow.......
My wife and I were told the same .... that mayo readily available in jars is perfectly safe .... it's when you get into the 'home made' varities that it gets a bit dodgy ....
I bought some "vegan" mayonnaise once. Absolutely disgusting. I'd just wait until after youve had the baby or eat salad cream.
Holland & Barrett sell egg free mayonaise and it is actually ok.  I had some in a sandwich from a health food place and could not really tell the difference.
