Breach of Probation, Over 10 years Ago
7 Answers
When I was a lot younger, I was hanging around with some stupid idiots, and when I got lynch, I got a 3 year probation order. Which for the same offence today you would most probably get an ABSO. I was and still am very bright a computer analyst, so my parents told me to go and stay with some relatives in Australia, which if I had stayed probably would of got into more trouble. 10 Years later alot of things have happened and obviously loads of new personal circumstances.
I have changed my name many times in due course, but also have married and have a family of two children.
I am after relocating back to the UK, with my family. Would there be an arrest warrent at the airport? Because I don't wanna be getting nicked when with the family, has they would obviously feel distressed, as they have never been to the UK before.
If there is trouble, then I could let them fly first, then I could enter the UK another way without being arrested, has I have been told of about 5 routes.

Illegal entry is spotted (even if you are inside a lorry). However, if you have multiple IDs you may find a way, but illegal entrants are detained, despite what we hear in the press. Why do you want to come back? There are a lot of people who like it here, but a lot more who wish they could be somewhere else.
