When she went on school dinners, she loved them. I asked the school cook to tell me how she made them, and guess what? They come frozen in a box!
She heats them up in an oven until soft, takes them out and unfolds, adds cheese or whatever, and then cooks some more!

I can't quite believe that anybody would want to freeze either omelettes or scrambled egg. Either of them only take a couple of minutes to make fresh. It would take longer to defrost them in a microwave than it would to just heat up the pan on top of the hob and cook them fresh. Processed eggs don't freeze well anyway.
look i have my reasons for wanting to freeze them... I am well aware of how to make them and how long they take...its all the other stuff that goes with it that takes the time and is not convenient in the the circumstances they will be used
i just wanted to know if it would work!
the ones in question have many other things in them and are not just eggs and milk in a pan....
thanks to those that answered my question...
