Is it possible to get a person's email address when thay have changed it without letting me know. When I use the old address the mailer daemon returns my message.

Nope, not unless you ask them.

If they want you to have their new email address surely they'll just give it to you?

No one but the individual will know it is them who has made a new account somewhere and ceased with an existing one elsewhere.

You will have to contact them via some other means, and ask.
