is'nt it strange what you miss when away from home!!

At the moment as I'm not at home I'm missing my 'instant ice cubes' out of the fridge (press the bar and they shoot down a shute into the glass rather than having to wrestle with cube trays!) Also my little sharp vegetable knife, my ice cream scoop and my little six-inch across fan i keep by the computer at home to keep me cool...

When ever I went away and it was self catering I always missed my spicerack and all those little ingredients now i make up little sachets of the things I use most and take little bags of things like cornflour, and ground almonds pop them in a sandwich box with my little knife, potato peeler and tin opener and I don't have any more oh poo no parsley moments


I would have real fun in your kitchen Mercia,,, oooh the things I could make....all at once great when I had parties ....
