Why are the sheets of toilet rolls so small surely one isn't enough!

I have never used just one - one is enough to blow your nose on, but not for toilet matters. I use 2 minimum.

and how anoying is it when the perforations dont match up. Apparently people that put loo roll on holder so paper reels from back are tight

...and as for quilted... I used it once, like cleaning yourself on a bedspread (not that I have, I hasten to add)

Don't like Andrex it shreds all over and dissolves quite quickly as soon as it gets wet.

Yes, and Bronco, most toilet paper is useless. Not wanting to be disgusting, but most paper allows your finger to poke through

The toilet paper they're using in the school today is so thin that it disintegrates the minute it gets wet!

And at work the paper is so rough, it could be used for sanding! Lol.

Yes I remember newspaper, cut into squares and cord threaded through a little hole in the corner to hang on a nail depended on the newspaper you read how posh you were!
