Delph you have to be a member for at least 14 days to activate your avatar (So tomorrow see instructions in Squarebear's link).

Andy, you need to have posted at least 10 posts on the site. Why not answer a few more questions and try again.

These measures are to stop naughty one-off troll posters from creating offensive avatars.
