Quidco timeframes

Hi, does anyone else out there use Quidco? I use the site fairly regularly and generally most cashback is paid within 2 months however one transaction from Eurotunnel has taken nearly a year and their reason for delay is they have a 'backlog'. Does anyone know how long they can continue to use this excuse as 1 year seems a little unacceptable but appears the retailers and Quidco have no contract between them about when cashback should be paid....

It's quite common - I have been waiting 9 months for cashback of £20 from a PaddyPower purchase on Quidco, and if you look on the Quidco quidblogs you'll see complaints about other merchants who make you wait around 9 months. It happens on other cashback sites too- quidco is no worse than others.
