Google AutoFill

I enter alot of the online comps on ITV so AutoFill is a great help filling in the entry details. For the last few months I have not been able to get it to fill in on most of them. Some times a drop down box appears and it always works on GMTV. Whats gone wrong and can I get it to work like it used to, consistently and reliably? Thanks in advance for any help.
