MM and KM Links July 2010 [Week 1]

Is it July already? Standing by for tomorrow’s launch of the MM Links Game, I have a links-setter virgin in “King John” (aka rockfordill). He has already proved to me to be as complex a character as any in Linkland, but I’ll let him unfold his life story in his own time. He has had to rocket up the IT learning curve, but has taken up the challenge with great gusto and I have every faith in him when executes his launch tomorrow morning.

Aq, I must have missed this, we were away for the first week in June. So sorry to hear about your health problems but delighted that they've been able to sort you out. You'll have to put the ascent of Everest on hold for a few months.

Certainly can! He must be ready for a new challenge by now.
Sorry for brief absence - have just had to deal with very messy remains of half-eaten pigeon brought as kind present by my two cats.

Oh no!....Our cat brought in a fledgling a couple of weeks ago.
It must have fallen from it's nest. We kept it safe...well as best we could, but it died a few days later.

Have been watchng that marathon football match between Ghana and Uruguay,
Glad to hear you are fit again Aqua , and that you have recovered Pauline.
Hope the fine weather holds out for the weekend and your fete Tearinghair.

Hi x-ray if you are still there...don't you feel sorry for Ghana? I did.
A handball like that where the ball was clearly going in is terrible. Then the pressure to take that penalty...why do they call it the beautiful game?

Kay, yes, but very briefly. I am so glad to see Aq back on site even if he has been through the surgeons' mill and I feel sorry for him and his boat the summer he would have like to have spent sailing. A yacht is a living thing and it doesn't like not frolicking through the waves and butting up against it. So I feel sorry for both Aq and his Huntress.

i could not have joined in with the shrubbery any earlier as we have an extensive family gathering at home and then out to dinner BUT D.V. I hope to be on time in the a.m. to supply you all, in seekeerz's enforced absence, with first the KM clues and a little later with the link words.

But I do fear that if it's any kind of family gathering like the Ward's...you may not make it!! :-))

Hi both. The concert was BRILLIANT. (Elkie Brooks) Her voice is still so good and powerful too. After a rubbish week have enjoyed my night out.

Having just got in from a charity day at my golf club, I assume that everyone has gone up the little wooden hill to bed?
