If I have an unknown enciphering process, but I know two input values and their respective outputs, is there any software I can use to find the cipher?

No.

You would need more than two inputs to find the output.
Depends on the length of the two input values really...

If they happened to war and peace and the bible then yes you probably could.

If they were the letters A and T then no you couldn't.

I don't think it's a very complicated cipher, but I am not limited to two pairs anyway. Can probably wangle 4..

Follow up question:
what is the name of software I might use?
I doubt any software would be available for such a task. You would probably have to write your own or visit some dubious websites and ask about cracking passwords.
