Hummus is best served in a wrap with salad and chilli sauce - filling, nutritious, tasty and very messy - perfect.

I've had pasta with salmon & chillies. Unfortunately there was also a lot of caramelised red onion in there too - have guts ache now and shall be farting like a buckfummad all afternoon. Good job I'm alone today.....
