Democracy is forbidden

Here in Australia a visiting Muslim cleric is urging all Muslims not to, " embrace democracy"as it is forbidden under Islamic law. He says that Allah is the only lawmaker and that Muslims must not allow themselves to be conned into voting, especially in "this godforsaken country". If its such a godforsaken country why are so many of these bloody people breaking their necks to settle here? And is voting against Islamic law?

Laws are laid down in the Koran; therefore nodneed of any sort of legislative body.
The 'rulers' of a country ought to be the clerics as they alone can interpret the laws and rules of Mohammed and the Koran; therefore no need of elected rulers, as they will be deficient in implementing the will of Allah.

Stoke, the minute they clear immigration they make a beline for the welfare office . The next step is to set up house in an Islamic community,isolate themselves from mainstream Australia and then proceed to *** off everything about their adopted country.The Lebanese are involved in most of the major crime gangs in Oz.

claymore, how do they get admitted to Australia in the first place? Doesn't Australia have a quota system whereby intending immigrants have to satisfy the authorities that they have some skill which Australia needs,, assessed on a 'points system' ? Or is that an urban myth ?

They will only let you in if you have a trade, electrician, plumber etc or have lots of dosh to start a business.

My son was refused and he is a prison officer here in the UK.

The migrate, eventualy in thier millions, and infiltrate a counrty. They start by asking for minority rights, then demanding minority rights then slowly becoming a major minority and eventualy a majority. This way they take over the world and get rid og all the infidels.

It might be a slow process but in the long game they win.

Whereas I have little time for Islam, but regarding this piece of 'News' I have to make the following comment:

This is one particular cleric, who is ranting off to anyone who wants to listen to him.

It does not mean that the majority of Muslims are going to absorb what he says and refuse to vote.

Keyplus, I doubt very much that you are in a position to actually send one, but I do think you should fulfil your promise as far as you are able by posting something here about the person you have in mind. I'd be very interested in reading the resulting thread.
