Update: Smell up nose

Had facial/sinus x-ray done last night, just got to wait for results, the smell is still there, some days worse than others, but its still smelling nasty. x

Lets hope they fathom it out tamirra, maybe a nasal polyp, they can produce smell my daughter had them and successfully treated.

The doctor said he couldnt see any up there as they would be hanging down and there was nothing there, he was quite puzzled! x

I had a bad smokey smell up my nose after having 5 colds in 4 months. I used sterimar spray (filtered sterile sea water, no prescription needed) and it sorted it.

Woofy, my grandad used to add table salt to water and snort it up his nose!! He did it whenever he had a cold and it seemed to work and stop any infections developing. Don't try that tamirra, although Woofy's remedy may help and certainly wont hurt.

Its not a smokey smell i have, i wouldn't mind if so much if it were, but this is a disgusting skin burning smell, its so hard to discribe, best not to try any remedies until i have my results. x
