Sorry, I didn't put my question in quick enough!

Does anyone remember a weedkiller that when you sprayed it on the weed,
it looked like shaving foam? I seem to remember it was rather effective.

if you want hardcore weed kiiler there is always roundup from a farm shop

it comes in a concentrate and obliterates weeds in 8 hours, never to be seen again for a year!

honestly....use it on my allotment. doesn't hurt my veg! :)

Bayer Advanced 3 Hour Weedkiller is a shaving foam type. Comes in a black spray bottle. I use it to good effect. Roundupm comes in two types - the off-the-shelf retail one which is actually a diluted version, and the commercial 'concentrate' version. The latter is not cheap, and I've found Ebay the best priced source.
