Samsung Phone?

My mobile is great, apart from the only issue is the sound or the lack of it,when i try and hear the other person its not very loud,and i dont think my phone has a increased volume,if so,where should i look,its not a new model,say a couple of years ago,but has not let me down and dont want to change it

Can you give us a clue. What model phone is it?

Some samsung phones have a up/down volume control buttons on the right hand side of the phone near the the top. If yours has same press the + button till you get to max.
