This person warned them in the prison what he intended to do, so what do the Incompetent bsds do release him, I do not condone what the person had done, I also do not also take the Fosters out of someones son's death, Regards the Security services! do you mean the plonkers that walked passed him in the street, there is now statements that he was ready to give up but was "Tazered" but that has to be proved.

I go back to what was said by Raoul before he was released Bobisox, they where warned by Raoul that he would kill, even if that was just a comment the police should have taken heed & not released him this would then have saved not only his own life but others that where involved, I am not in agreement with what he done in any way but you cannot get away with the facts that this could have been averted. & if they, the Prison authorities would have done their job right this, some one's son & don't forget his daughter would be alive now.

I have to agree in theory with you on all you have said, there is, as I understand it, to be an Independant enquiry about the gaffes, and there were lots of them

Bobbisox, without going into detail I have worked (Not in the prison service) with some very hard, & dangerous people, one person in particular was enticed by his girlfriend to Knife someone that in-turn cost that person their life, the person ask me my view, the answer i give him is what i stated earlier ( We all make mistakes) whoever says that they have not come close in saying I could kill that Basds is a liar, we see pedos & what do we ALL SAY? they portrayed Raoul as an evil person when in fact he has been known as a gentle giant who had an awful upbringing but again that did not justify his actions, was it justification that some police started laughing when it was announced that he had died? was it justified when that stupid cow of a police officer regarded Raoul with the comment she made that made that other stupid cow laugh? these people are supposed to be professional but I doubt that, they are now inquiring that Raoul was heard screaming just before the gun shot was heard???? Raoul like the Great train robbers made a complete fool of the police force & they know it but I again stress, I do not condone what he did, but out of all of this one little girl has lost her Dad one of the most important people in her life.
