Bookmarking a web page

Any ideas how i do it and what it means ? Just fed a load of info into a website and it said at the end that the site was down for maintenance but it could be bookmarked.

I use internet explorer, windows vista basic home edition if that's any use to you !!!

It's firefox speak for "you can add it to your favorites, so you can check back later".
Just go to favorites ---- add to favorites if you wish to do so.

Cant you just add it to favourites top left corner
