One of the big names in underwear (gossard or playtex or someone like that) brought out 'wonderpants' about 15 years ago that had a tummy flattening panel and 2 cheek lifting sections in the rear. I even bought a pair after I had my daughter just to keep everything hemmed in and up off the floor, y'know :)
