I`ve received an e-mail from the above which says, `Sophos Data Security toolkit- Download your copy`, and I would like to know if this is spam? tia.

If you receive any emails with subject "CHOPPED PORK WITH HAM MEAT" do not open it it's probably spam

Don't click or download anything in an email, this more or less goes for anything from any source; simples.

It is spam. Nobody will give you free software. You will find if you click on the link, you will download some virus ridden rubbish to your PC.

ANY mail like this should be deleted.

If you hover your mouse over the link in the mail, it will show you at the bottom where it actually goes to. Although the email may say www.sophos.com.freetrail, the link will probably go to something like www.spamsite.ru

Delete it and don't worry about it. If that's the only spam you get, you are very lucky.
