54 Answers
Aaaaaaaaaagh !!!
When you're waiting at the filling station, why does the person in front of you ...
... get in their car
... fiddle with their mirror (did it move while they were paying????)
... fish around for their sunnies (push them up on your head - then you don't lose them!!!)
... pat their pockets (NO ... you DIDN'T leave your wallet in the shop, f f s !)
... check their mirror again (it really is loose, isn't it !)
... pull on their seat belt (OMG ... HOW slowly can you do that ???)
... look around for their keys (f f s ... you were HOLDING them when you got in the car!!)
... start their engine (Hurrah)
... and then sit and watch to make sure the petrol gauge goes up (I SAW you filling the effing tank !!)
... check their mirror again (you REALLY need to get that mirror fixed !)
... and finally move away (sometimes cheerily waving back, to acknowledge that they've annoyed you)
INSTEAD OF
Getting in their car, moving out of my sodding way, and THEN doing all the above.
GRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!

In my experience it's always women who do the annoying things highlighted in your OP
btw, you forgot
.......Check their mobile phone to see if they've missed any calls/texts while they were filling up/paying.......and then fiddle about with said mobile as they make sure they place it securely in their in-car mobile phone holder

I drove into Morrisons once to get fuel, there was a queue of about 4 vehicles all waiting for the filler hose to be on the right side for their cars and I sailed past them to the row of pumps with no vehicles in front and proceeded to fill up by stretching the hose round the other side. A bloke got out of one of the waiting cars and had a right go at me for "jumping the queue". I'm still wondering what else i was supposed to have done-if they want to be so dim, why did I have to join in?!
