During a conversation some time later, I mentioned how glad I was that he did this. His face fell, "But I don't, you do that for me just as I'm waking up feeling chilly".
A few years later, in another part of the world, we met up with another couple and in the conversation, we discovered they had lived in the same flat a couple of years before us. "Did you get tucked in at night?"
They had had the same experience as us.

I work in an old orphanage and its ubber haunted, you hear kids laughing/crying regularly. Also one of the rooms no one can enter alone as there's a poltergeist in there who is kick elbow evil seriously nasty takes a front to everyone and has been heard to tell people to get out. I have nearly bumped into one in a lower corridor, i was walking up head down and stepped side ways so as to not walk into a person looked up to say sorry and no-one was there. i pegged it back to reception and rewound the cameras no-one there but me i was dammed freaked lol.

I am undecided. There have been 'incidents' in houses I have lived in and family members who I lived with at the time swear blind that they happened. I personally don't believe, I do recall events happening but I am unconvinced they are paranormal!
I may change my mind but up to now nothing has been serious enough. When my father died there was an incident but I think sometimes you see and hear what you want to. Thats my opinion. My other half is a believer.

No but I've seen a lot of things that others have attributed to a ghost or a poltergeist. I've usually been able to see a more rational explanation myself, I'm not a believer I'm afraid, I tend to find that the human brain is inclined to make patterns and draw conclusions when under times of emotional stress which may not be accurate but are always comforting. And if that's the case, then who am I to deprive anyone of a little comfort.
