AVG anti virus scan results.

AVG anti virus scan displays in the results / infection column ' change ' for the following files located in windows \ system32. user32.dll, shell32.dll & ntoskml.exe. The scan completes with the message no threats found. What is the ' change ' and should I be concerned by it?
If not, why does AVG notify users of the change?
