I'm so sorry, Kirky. My friend suffered with it for over 15 years.

Anytime you want to talk, just let me know. x

that's very kind of you .. I'll remember that

We think it was probably developing for a much longer period of time but at 70 years of age it was probably masked by other aches and pains. She knew something was wrong but it could never be pin pointed until then. Ironic thing is she has smoked 40 cigs a day and likes a drink but develops a form of cancer totally unrelated to her lifestyle, a form that can come out of nowhere and can happen to anyone but hey ho ... that's life. Don't think she'll manage 15 years but you never know lol ...
I know my friend battled with "Lymphoma" before finally succumbing to it in June last year. According to him it would go and hide in the bones. I would go into remission of its own accord and then flare up again. In a strange sort of way, it was a blessing that the Lymphoma took him and not the other thing he was suffering with. But seriously... if you ever wanna chat, I'll give you my email. x
Sorry to hear that Captin, haven't been on much for a long time now and missed all this. I hope that everything goes as smoothly as it can for you and yours

this seems to be affecting her glands especially in her neck and putting pressure on arteries and in turn causing circulation problems so no hiding place from it at the moment. Fortunately Mrs Kirk is a good listener so I have a good vent so to speak but it's always good to know there's another pair of "ears" not directly connected so I'll bear that in mind. Try to keep my mind away from it by staying up too late to knacker myself out so I go straight to sleep :-)

you haven't missed anything GS, I suppose this is the first time I have really mentioned any of it in detail as I usually come on here as a diversion to take my mind of things and be a bit silly.
