At the moment due to circumstance I would say about 5/6 hours on and off.

Usually no more than an hour. That might be every other day.

Only spend too much time on when its my day off, but I keep looking on and off throughout the day just to check emails etc. or do my family tree like now

Too long! time flies when you sit down to look at something, then something else pops up. I've been on my laptop now for an hour and thirty minutes, I'm logging off to prepare dinner, then i'll most likely log on later this evening for 3-4 hours depending on how many people are there and how intreresting the threads are.

As I use it for work.... 8-9 hours a day less at weekends maybe 1-2 hours... a day

I usually logon about lunch-time, and leave it on until I go to bed, I pop in and out of here but use it mostly for my genealogy research.
