Do you think many companies in the UK are taking the Pzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz with their charges, BT putting their prices up, Travel Companies still taking your money knowing the B@stards are in trouble, although we all have a moan about costs, would you do or say anything about it? or would you moan & except it?

Look if you use 100 quid of phone time then you will have to pay 100 quid. Moaning that you're broke or it's the recession will not make them forget their money. You will have to pay. If your worried about bills then pay them then shut your phone down and use a pay as you go mobile.

of course companies will take your money knowing they are in trouble. They are trying to get out of trouble.
If companies threw in the towel every time they thought they may go under then Im sure we'd see a heck of a lot more businesses failing.

Royal family are good value for money ...the Queen is down to her last Billion in personal wealth and only takes a few million a year from the tax payer ....
She draws in loads of Americans each year ....

Remember when I had a Canadian Cousin in law visit a few years ago.
They wanted to visit Windsor castle to see of all things the large dolls house ...
Anyway he looked around and while his wife was seeing the dolld house ...he says how old is that wall ...oh 100's of years old I guess , it's part of the fabric of the castle.
Then why did they not knock it down when they built those new brick walls ...

If I wasn't happy with a service I would complain, regardless of whether it will help or not. If nothing gets done then I would change companies/provider.

Why pay for bad service?
