Puds - Summer Pudding made with brioche, and strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and currants

If mercia doesn't object to me going off thread briefly...Redman...I think we get on pretty well If you'd like make contact away from here I have a separate email account that is separate from my real life accounts [email protected] only I can't get the hang of facebook.etc ..I can only access it from home so wouldn't be able to respond during the day If you don't want to no worries but I think we have a fair bit in common and it might be fun,,,some of the others seem to be friends on the side I am putting myself on the line a bit here but you say you're an optimist...

Glad you like it woofgang!! I tried adding lemon vebena to it the other night and it filled the room with the smell of lemons it was lovely!! - Great with honey made hot if you have a cold, add a slug of brandy and you forget the cold!!
