30E natural?

Could you naturally be a size 30E?

The person in question used to be a size 14 possibly 16 but has lsot some weight, but would also be able to afford the surgery . . . .

Could it be done if you were an E or bigger before and you did the right kind of exercises?

one of my friends was a naturally slim size 8 with 30H breasts. She started exercising and stayed a size 8 and size 30 but cup size went down to DD.

When I was a size 16 I was a 36DD. Now I am a size 12 I am a 34E. So my boobs didn't get smaller at all and actually look even bigger now my frame is smaller !!!

Women vary so much. I'm a 36G and when I lose weight I go and get measured I always thing they will have shrunk but they don't.

I'm sure if I lost a serious amount that the cup size would shrink...well I'd hope so for fear of toppling over lol :)
