How is it possible to build hotels on your very first turn at Monopoly?

if you pick up a get out free card before the 3rd double you still miss a go after being sent down

Although it's not covered strictly in the rules. If you go to Jail and use the card to get out, I think your turn ends then.

Here we go:
Throw double 1, land on community chest and get "Go Back to Old Kent Road"
Land on OKR and buy this will leave you with £1440.
Throw double 1, land on Whitechapel Road, buy leaves you with £1380
Now you can buy two hotels at a cost of £500 (cost of 5 houses for each site, no building shortage it is the first turn) leaving you with £880 and a hotel on Old Kent Road and Whitechapel.
A very good start odds with of 20,736 to 1

Surely the odds of getting double 1 are 36 to 1?
Two of these is 1296-1? (36x36) rather than 20,736-1

Squarebear - you're forgetting that when you land on Community Chest, you also need to work out the odds of getting the right card.
Kawakiri's answer implies that there are 16 Community Chest cards.
