Still feeling ill but who cares???

Ok, i put a post on here about a kidney infection the other week. Ive had it now since friday night of last week. Ive taken all the anti biotics i was given (3 days 2 a day) and the pain is better BUT i still feel red hot, sweating, feel like i want to be sick, loss of appetite, low energy levels and high anxiety levels. Last night i was sweating so much and felt like i would puke and faint at the same time. My parents didnt batter an eyelid whilst i say there suffering and my partners on nights so cant look after me! After reading the NHS website symptons on this infection it says go to hospital if you still feel ill? I have an appointment on friday now at the drs. so should i just wait it out, drink loads of water and rest ? Why do people not care when your really sick??? :-/
