I agree they are fantastic, but both the ones I had sprung leaks after a few months use. Keep an eye on the seams.

Boxtops - it's a thin pillow that you add cold water to (it a has a foam filling) and it wicks the heat away from you head to keep you cool. It sounds weird but it really works. I've already had to turf the cat off it. The website is www.chillow.co.uk

not cheap though are they at £25 plus £3 postage? i considered buying one a couple of years ago but after reading that they don't last long and are prone to leaks like richard says, i decided not to. i would have liked to have tried one though, wish someone had given me one.
