Does anyone know if Diane Parish, Denise in Eastenders, has left the soap. The present story-line looks as though she has although I haven't read or heard that she was going. I'm just curious, that's all.Marbert.

Well (thankfully) I don't know the procedure with these things but the police had had Denise in for questioning & knew what she looked like. Would none of them have looked at the body that was pulled out of the water?

BUT ! - the Police must have had a photo of Denise - so Lucas identifying her was surely just a formality - even I could see the body on the slab has size 10 feet !

Surely they won't bring back the unconvincing lost memory thing again Jemisa though must admit it had crossed my mind. I'll be really annoyed if they do.

Can't see any other way out of it really. BUT they may surprise us. If she was pulled out of the river it may have been a lot further up soo perhaps a different area police, Who wouldn't recognise her. Lucas probably got away with it because he knew that.

also perhaps the police are on to Lucas and all this is a ruse so he can fall into their hands. DUM DE DUM DE DUM......

The more I think about it, the more convinced I am now that she is going to turn up. Especially since it hasn't been announced anywhere that she's leaving so you may be right about the amnesia.

I think Lucas has her in that house he was keeping the white girl.He had brain washed the girl into thinking she was "being saved" so whats to say he hasnt done the same to Denise. The police would know straight away that she had been dead before she had gone in water (he was strangling Denise) if it was infact Denise!
