Has anyone used the balsamic vinegar and washing up liquid trick to get rid of them?

Ive never heard of a moth fly! Fruit flys are the tiny ones smaller then a match head and they are attracted to fruit and veg mainly banana's Onions and Potatoes in my house. Tiny little buggers silent and annoying.

m2m68 no they're definitely fruit flys but thanks for the information about mothflys Ive always wondered what they were called, usually find them outside by dirty leaking pipes.
