Barbeque ideas needed.

I have minced pork & chicken breast fillets, I'm looking for some recipe ideas to turn them into kebabs. I'm having a barbeque tomorrow afternoon so the easier & straight forward the better!

I did chicken breasts sliced, marinated in olive oil, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and tumeric served with a satay sauce..............yum yum yum!

Mix minced lamb with finely chopped onion, chilli powder, salt, pepper, freshly chopped coriander and wrap around the skewer & bbq.
