Incapacity benefit appeal form

I put this post in the Law section and havent had any answers, so thought i would try here...... Hi, my daughter has just been turned down for claiming incapacity benefit, does anyone know the site where she can download an appeal form to print off please. Thank you. PS does this now mean she will not be entitled to DLA now. xx

We will prob go to CAB thank you for trying to help, the main prob is that the disease is so rare in this country that they probally have never heard about it.

My daughter says there nothing about points on the letter for incapacity.

Incapacity Benefit is paid only if you have paid sufficient National Insurance contributions within a given year.

What income is she getting just now?

DLA is, as has been said before, paid whether you are in work or not. It is a complicated benefit and many people fail to give the right information on the initial claim form - the CAB are excellent at giving advise on this benefit.

She works just 16 hrs a week in an office when she is well enough to do so.
