I agree with Ludwig too, the report I saw this on stated that in Israel there are gangs that go about breaking up mixed race relationships, there's even an office and hotline to deal with this.
They interviewed a woman who worked there and she said amongst other things "we have to protect our culture" most everything she said could have come straight out of Der Sturmer.

The fact remains that she agreed to have sex with him but on finding out he was an Arab decided it was rape.
If he was Jewish she wouldn't have complained.
She is guilty of racism.
