My son is never bored, if he is he entertains himself with either games or books.
He starts a summer school next monday for two weeks, his school holds it every year for the children who are on the gifted and talented register. This year it to do with ancient history and he gets to go on all sorts of trips to museums etc. he also gets to dress up as a Roman soldier and have a mock sword fight.
