We keep ours clean by rubbing on a tiny bit of baby oil with a soft cloth and then buff it up. I don't know if it will remove the scratch but it wont do any harm.
Only way is to "refinish" it. Problem is, it may also be lacquered.
You can achieve a brushed finish with the correct grade wet/dry paper. Probably around 160 grit.
Put an attractive fridge magnet over the scratch.
(Oh hang on, would one stick if the door really is aluminium?)
My mum bought a brushed aluminium oven and the installer said the same as Mcmouse - polish it with baby oil!
You could probably get a mobile bumper scratch repairer to fix it for about £25 if you can bear the smell for an hour or two.
It'd take him about 10 minutes.
