My partner needs his passport renewing for are holiday. I was wondering if he still needs a photo signed, or does he not need to bother. I no my daughter needed hers signing again because she was only 6months when she got her first one so she looked completely different to what she does now at the age of 5. Thanks

so if you are short of time then it may be wise to send off a signed photo rather than risk the passport office declining it
