moonlight sonata

i have a version that is 5 mins and 50 seconds long, but i dont think this is all of it. does anyone know how long the full version is?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.That sounds a little fast. It all depends on how quickly the pianist plays it and pulls it around. I doubt that any of it is missed out. If you check moonlight sonata on itunes and click on some that are shorter (Alfred Brendel - 5mins 51) and some that are longer (Daniel Barenboim - 6mins 40) you'll hear the difference. It's all down to preference.
Also, strictly speaking, there are 3 movements to the moonlight sonata. I take it you only mean the famous first movement - Adagio Sostenuto and not the 2nd (Alegretto) and 3rd (Presto Agitato) movements.
