Hi, i have recently moved home and got connected with ntl bb, as i was a bit baffled setting up, a friend did it for me, i have all my details - customer i.d. and passwords etc, can anybody tell me where to access 'my account' to find out when my bill comes out ?

Homepage, top middle quick links, 'my account'.

On dial up you simply put in the email address and dial-up code, but it should be the same just with your password. You also have access to webmail if you want to get your emails elsewhere.
