Too harsh or too lenient?

From personal experience I have found it way to lenient

at my local golf course they have had a bunch of reprebates working there "repaying their debt" and they have done a nice job of tidying up the course, it must be saving the council a fortune

Yes, Cazzzz. Perhaps instead of spending hundreds of thousands incarcerating people for "minor" offences... they could appoint more of these offenders to clean the streets and parks etc. God knows, some places need it. Perhaps a little back-breaking work would be more of a deterrent.

well its a cheaper way of getting some of the horrible jobs done, they can user offenders to clear eye sore dumps and clean graffitti.

Cazzz... yes, there is way too much grafitti and too much money being spent housing prisoners. Kinda makes sense to save some money and tidy up Britain, don'tcha think. ?
